Vacancy Details
Post: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Urdu
The appointment is purely temporary and contractual. The engagement shall continue until the academic requirement exists or until a regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
Educational Qualifications
- Four-year integrated degree course with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject including B.Ed.
- OR Bachelor's/Honours Degree with at least 50% marks and a recognized B.Ed. degree.
- OR Post-Graduation in the concerned subject with qualifications prescribed by KVS norms.
- Qualified in CTET Paper-II conducted by CBSE.
- Competency to teach through English and Hindi medium.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience of teaching in schools, preferably KVS.
- Knowledge of computer applications.
- Working knowledge of English, Hindi and regional languages.

Service Conditions
- The appointment is purely contractual and does not confer any right to regular employment.
- Salary and service conditions will be governed by KVS norms.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Selected candidates may be assigned academic, examination and co-curricular duties.
- One day paid leave per month may be sanctioned as per KVS rules.
