JKPSC Lecturer Physics: Candidature Rejected for Non-Submission of Required Documents
The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has issued a notice dated 26 February 2026 regarding the rejection of candidature for the post of Lecturer Physics in the School Education Department.
Earlier, through a notice dated 11 February 2026, certain applicants were asked to submit their deficient and valid documents within seven days at the JKPSC offices in Srinagar or Jammu.
Key Reasons for Rejection
After scrutiny, the Commission found that the required documents were either:
Not submitted within the given time, or
Not in the prescribed format under J&K Reservation Rules, or
Incomplete (such as category certificates, PG marks sheets, domicile certificate, etc.)
Since the candidates failed to provide the requisite valid documents, their candidature has been rejected for the Lecturer Physics post.
Important Advice for Aspirants
Always submit documents within the deadline
Ensure certificates are in the prescribed J&K format
Verify that all PG marks sheets and domicile/category certificates are complete
Failure to meet document requirements can lead to candidature cancellation, even after applying successfully.
