J&k Regularization Update for Academic Arrangement Lecturers (10+2) – J&K School Education Department

The School Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, has issued an important communication regarding the regularization of Academic Arrangement Lecturers (10+2).

As per the letter dated 01-01-2026, the department has sought detailed information about contractual lecturers engaged under Government Order No. 103-Edu of 2003 (dated 31-07-2023). This step is being taken to process their cases for regularization under the Civil Special Provision Act, 2010 and Government Order No. 1301-Edu of 2003.
