📌 Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be a domicile of District Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir.
- The candidate should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in Post-Graduation in the relevant subject.
- The maximum age limit is 40 years as on 01-01-2026.
- The candidate must possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Candidates can apply for only one subject.
💰 Salary / Remuneration
The selected Cluster Resource Coordinator will be engaged on a purely temporary basis with a monthly remuneration of:
₹25,000 Per Month
The temporary engagement will continue up to 31 March 2027, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the notification.

- Affidavit duly sworn and attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate as per prescribed format
- Date of Birth Certificate / Matriculation Certificate
- Post-Graduate Degree along with consolidated Marks Cards
- Conversion Certificate from CGPA to percentage, wherever applicable
- M.Phil Certificate, if applicable
- Ph.D. Certificate, if applicable
- Character & Antecedent Certificate from Special DG CID, J&K after final selection
📝 Selection Process
The hiring of Cluster Resource Coordinators will be made subject-wise on merit basis after verification of the genuineness and validity of the documents and testimonials.
The selection criteria mentioned in the notification include marks for:
- Post-Graduation in relevant subject – 80 Points
- M.Phil in relevant subject – 2 Points
- Ph.D. in relevant subject – 3 Points
- Relevant teaching experience – 7.5 points per complete academic year, up to a maximum of 15 points
Maximum Marks: 100 Points
