Jammu Division College Academic Arrangement Allotment Notice Round 9 Released 2026
Important Update: The Office of the Nodal Principal, Jammu Division Colleges, Government College for Women, Parade Ground, Jammu, has issued Allotment Notice Round-9 for Need Based Academic Arrangement Faculty for the academic session 2026-27.
As per the official notification dated 05 November 2026, the allotment of colleges against available requirements will be generated through the Academic Arrangement Portal according to the merit and preferences submitted by candidates.

How to Check College Allotment?
Candidates can follow these steps to check their allotted college:- Visit the official Academic Arrangement Portal.
- Open the portal using the link given below.
- Log in using your respective candidate account credentials.
- Check your allotted college after the allotment process.
- If a college has been allotted, accept the allotment through the portal.
- Complete the joining formalities within the prescribed deadline.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Allotments will be system-generated according to merit and preferences submitted by candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates must log in to their respective accounts to check the allotted college.
- Candidates must accept the allotment and join the allotted college on or before 11 November 2026 (04:00 PM).
- Failure to accept the allotment and join within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation of the allotment.
- Such candidates will not be considered for allotment in any subsequent round.
- The allotted college will not be changed according to the submitted preferences.
- Subsequent allotment rounds will be notified separately after the conclusion of the current round.
- Candidates wishing to withdraw their applications can use the Withdraw Application option available on the portal. However, the application fee will not be refunded.
