J&K College Contractual Lecturer Academic Arrangement 2026-27 Round 4 Allotment Released

The Higher Education Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir has issued the Round 4 Allotment Notification for Need Based Academic Arrangement Faculty for the Session 2026-27 for colleges of Kashmir Division.

How to Check Round 4 Allotment?

Candidates shortlisted in Round 4 need to log in to their respective accounts on the Academic Arrangement Portal to check their allotted college.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Allotments are system-generated according to the merit and preferences submitted by candidates.
• Shortlisted candidates will have the option to Accept the allotment and join the allotted college.
• Candidates must accept the allotment and join the college by 05 September 2026 at 4:00 PM.
• Failure to join within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation of the allotment.
• Candidates whose allotment is cancelled due to non-joining will not be considered for allotment in any subsequent round.
• The college allotted as per the submitted preferences will not be changed.
• Candidates will not be shifted because of vacancies arising due to non-joining or additional vacancies.
• Further rounds, if any, will be notified separately after completion of the current round.

Withdrawal of Application

Candidates who wish to withdraw their application can use the “Withdraw Application” option available on the home page of the Academic Arrangement Portal.

However, withdrawn applications will not be considered for college allotment and the application fee will not be refunded.

Important: Candidates are advised to complete the joining process within the stipulated timeline. No excuse will be entertained for non-joining after the deadline.
