Academic Arrangement 2026-27 Round-4 Allotment Notice Released
Jammu Division Colleges Academic Arrangement 2026-27: The Office of the Nodal Principal, Jammu Division Colleges, Govt. College for Women, Parade Ground, Jammu has issued the Allotment Notice Round-4 for the allotment of colleges under the Need Based Academic Arrangement for Faculty for the session 2026-27.

- Joining/Acceptance Last Date: 05 September 2026

How to Check College Allotment?
Candidates can check their allotted college by logging into their respective accounts on the Academic Arrangement Portal.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Allotments against requirements shall be system-generated according to the merit and preference options submitted by candidates.
- Candidates need to log in to their respective accounts on the Academic Arrangement Portal. The allotted college will be visible to shortlisted candidates based on the number of vacancies, merit and submitted preferences.
- Shortlisted candidates must accept the allotment and join the allotted college on or before 05 September 2026 at 04:00 PM.
- Failure to accept the allotment and join within the stipulated deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the allotment, and the candidate will not be considered for allotment in any subsequent round.
- The college allotted to the candidate as per the submitted preferences shall not be changed.
- Candidates will not be shifted to another college due to vacancies arising from non-joining or additional vacancies, if any.
- Subsequent rounds, if any, shall be initiated after the conclusion of the current round. Candidates will be notified separately and are advised to remain in touch with the Academic Arrangement Portal.
- No individual communication shall be made/entertained regarding subsequent rounds.
- Candidates who want to withdraw their applications can use the "Withdraw Application" option available on the home page of the portal. Withdrawn applications will not be considered for college allotment and the application fee will not be refunded
