J&k College Contractual Allotment Notice 2025-26 (Jammu Division) – 20th Round Details

The Office of the Nodal Principal, Jammu Division Colleges, Government College for Women Parade Ground Jammu has released an important notice regarding the 20th round of college allotment for Academic Arrangement 2025-26.
Key Highlights
- Allotment process will begin on 18 March 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Selection will be based on merit and preferences submitted by candidates.
- Candidates who were not allotted in previous rounds or selected Hold & Upgrade are eligible.
- Candidates who failed to join earlier allotted colleges will not be considered in this round.
Important Instructions
- Candidates must log in to the official portal:
Visit Academic Arrangement Portal - Check your allotment in the Selection History tab.
- Candidates must accept and join the allotted college by 21 March 2026, 4:00 PM.
- Failure to join will lead to automatic cancellation of allotment.
Hold & Upgrade Option
- Candidates who opted for Hold & Upgrade must accept the allotment before deadline.
- No further Hold & Upgrade option will be available after this round.
- If upgraded in the next round, candidates must join the new college without reverting back.
Fresh Candidates
- Newly shortlisted candidates can either:
- Accept the allotment and join the college, OR
- Choose a one-time Hold & Upgrade option
Important Notes
- Allotted college cannot be changed later.
- No individual communication will be made.
- Keep checking the portal for updates.
- Withdrawal option is available, but application fee will not be refunded.
Final Suggestion
Candidates are strictly advised to join within the given deadline. No excuse will be accepted for non-joining.
