J&k College Allotment Notification 2025-26 Released for Academic Arrangement (Round )
The Higher Education Department of Jammu & Kashmir has released the 19th Round of College Allotment for Academic Arrangement 2025-26. The notification was issued by the Office of the Nodal Principal, Kashmir Division Colleges on 16 March 2026.
All eligible candidates can check their college allotment status by logging into the Academic Arrangement portal.
Important Points
- College allotment list will be generated on 16-03-2026 at 4:00 PM based on merit and candidate preferences.
- Candidates who were not allotted any college in the previous round or selected Hold & Upgrade will be considered in this round.
- Candidates who failed to accept or join the allotted college in the previous round will not be considered in this round.
- Candidates must login to the Academic Arrangement portal and check their Selection History to view the allotted college.
- Shortlisted candidates must accept the allotment and join the college before 18-03-2026 (4:00 PM).
- If candidates do not accept the allotment within the deadline, their candidature will be automatically cancelled.
- Freshly shortlisted candidates can either Accept the allotted college or choose a One-time Hold/Upgrade option.
- If a candidate selects Hold & Upgrade, they may get a higher preferred college in the next round depending on merit and vacancies.
- If a candidate wants to cancel participation, they can use the Withdraw Application option from the candidate login.
Important Advice
Candidates are advised to join the allotted college within the given timeline. No excuse will be accepted for non-joining after the deadline.
