Read these instructions carefully and follow them strictly on the exam day.

Reporting & Entry

  • Report time: All candidates must reach the examination venue at least 2 hours before the start of the exam.
  • Entry cut-off: Entry into the venue will be closed 30 minutes before the scheduled start of each session — no late admissions after that time.
  • Candidates should be seated in the examination hall 20 minutes before the exam begins to complete necessary formalities.

Identity & Documents

  • Carry your Admit Card — it is mandatory for entry.
  • Bring a valid photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport for identity verification.
  • Keep all documents ready and easily accessible to speed up the verification process.

What NOT to Bring (Strictly Prohibited)

  • Mobile phones, smart / digital wrist watches, Bluetooth devices, earphones, pagers or any communication gadgets.
  • Calculators, stencils, slide rules, or any electronic computing device.
  • Any written notes, crib sheets, or unauthorized/incriminating material.

Examroom Conduct & Materials

  • Carry your own blue or black ballpoint pen. Sharing or borrowing writing instruments is not allowed.
  • Follow all instructions printed on the OMR sheet from the very start — fill responses carefully and as instructed.
  • No candidate will be permitted to leave the examination hall before the expiry of the full exam duration (i.e., 2 hours).
  • Relatives, friends and vehicles are not allowed inside the examination premises.

After the Exam

  • If a detachable carbon copy of OMR is provided for candidates, follow the invigilator’s directions before taking any copy out. Hand over the original OMR to the invigilator as instructed.
  • Ensure you collect all personal belongings before leaving the venue; the commission is not responsible for lost items.

Other Important Notes

  • Admission to the written exam is provisional — final eligibility remains subject to satisfying all Recruitment Rules and documents verification.
  • In case of inclement weather or transport disruption, plan to reach the centre a day earlier if feasible.
  • Failure to follow the instructions may result in disqualification, your OMR sheet not being evaluated, or other disciplinary action.

Note:

Carry only permitted items and valid ID. Cooperation with invigilators and security staff will ensure a smooth examination process for everyone.

Wishing all candidates the best of luck. —
