The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued this order on 26 -8-2025 it is a new order regarding the regularization of ad-hoc and contractual Special Educators working in schools. This important decision comes in line with the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in WP(C) No. 132/2016 (Rajnish Kumar Pandey & Others vs Union of India & Others).
