The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has rejected the candidature of Ms. Nusrat Manzoor (Roll No. 5400100) for the post of Tutor at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS).
As per the official notice dated 16 October 2026, the candidate did not fulfil the prescribed educational qualification of M.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing with a Post Basic Diploma in Clinical Specialty. The decision relates to the recruitment advertised under Notification No. 03-PSC (DR-P) of 2025.
