J&K Agriculture Department Recruitment 2026: Apply for Planning M&E and MIS Officer Post
The Government of Jammu & Kashmir, Department of Agriculture Production & Farmer's Welfare Kashmir, Directorate of Agriculture Kashmir has invited applications for the engagement of Planning M&E and MIS Officer under the Jammu and Kashmir Competitiveness Improvement in Agriculture & Allied Sectors (JKCIP).
The engagement will be on a contractual basis under the Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) method. Eligible candidates are advised to check the qualification, experience, age limit, remuneration and application process before applying.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a Post Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Economics, Statistics or Economics.
Experience Required
- Post-qualified candidates should have around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in rural development, research/studies, impact assessment, project performance evaluation and monitoring systems.
- Bachelor's Degree holders should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit
The candidate should be not more than 55 years of age as on the application deadline.
Salary / Remuneration
The selected consultant may be paid remuneration of up to ₹0.80 lakh per month. The remuneration is negotiable as per the terms mentioned in the official notification.
Selection Process
Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of qualification, relevant experience, interview, understanding and presentation. The total evaluation carries 100 marks.
A minimum score of 55 out of 100 marks is required as the minimum qualifying mark.
