📢 Humble Request to Hon'ble Education Minister J&K
Kindly De-freeze Teacher Posts
We respectfully appeal to the Hon'ble Education Minister of Jammu & Kashmir to kindly consider the long-pending issue of teacher recruitment in the Union Territory.
Thousands of qualified candidates holding degrees such as B.Ed., M.Ed., NET, SET, and Ph.D. have been waiting for an opportunity to serve in the education sector. These aspirants have invested years of hard work, dedication, and resources in acquiring professional qualifications.
Many candidates are gradually approaching the upper age limit, creating uncertainty regarding their future careers. The prolonged delay in recruitment has left a large section of educated youth disappointed despite possessing the required qualifications and eligibility.
At the same time, many educational institutions continue to face shortages of teaching staff. Filling vacant teacher posts would not only provide employment opportunities but would also strengthen the education system and improve learning outcomes for students.
Our Humble Requests
- De-freeze all vacant teacher posts in Jammu & Kashmir.
- Advertise pending teacher vacancies without further delay.
- Provide deserving candidates an opportunity to compete fairly.
- Strengthen the education system by filling staff shortages.
- Safeguard the future of qualified youth approaching the upper age limit.
We remain hopeful that the Government and the Education Department will give positive consideration to the concerns of thousands of aspiring teachers and take necessary steps to address this long-pending issue.
