The Higher Education Department of Jammu & Kashmir (UT) has officially released the 4th Round of Allotment for the Academic Arrangement 2025–26. This round specifically targets candidates who remained unallotted in the previous rounds or had selected the "Hold & Upgrade" option earlier.

- System-Generated Allotments:
Allotments will be generated on 01-10-2025 at 10:00 PM based on candidate merit and submitted preferences. - Eligible Candidates:
- Those not allotted any college in previous rounds.
- Those who opted for "Hold & Upgrade" earlier.
- Not Eligible:
- Candidates who did not submit preferences.
- Candidates who failed to accept/join previously allotted colleges.
🧾 Important Instructions
- Check Your Allotment:
Log in to the Academic Arrangement Portal at https://ikaa.directorcollegesjk.in and go to the “SELECTION HISTORY” tab. - Action Required Before 04-10-2025 (3:00 PM):
- Accept the allotted college.
- Or select One-Time Hold & Upgrade (if not satisfied with current allotment).
- Failure to Act:
Allotment will be automatically cancelled and the candidate will be disqualified from further rounds.
🔁 What is "Hold & Upgrade"?
If you choose Hold & Upgrade, you will:
- Join the currently allotted college temporarily.
- Be considered for a higher-preferred college in the next round (based on merit & vacancy).
- If upgraded, you must accept the new college – you cannot go back to the previous one.
❗ Important Reminders
- Allotted colleges cannot be changed once accepted.
- No changes will be made for additional or emerging vacancies.
- Joining/resignation updates must be done on the portal by 04-10-2025 (4:00 PM).
- Withdrawals must be made through the portal. No refund will be issued for withdrawn applications.
- No excuses will be entertained for non-joining.
