4. Conditions of Eligibility
- Must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian or foreign university (recognized by the government).
Note:
Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their bachelor's degree can also apply. However, they must:
Have appeared fully in the examination on or before 24.09.2025, and
Qualify the degree before filling the application for the Main Examination.
Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the Main Examination.
For Medical Graduates (MBBS etc.):
Candidates who have passed the final professional MBBS or equivalent medical examination but have not completed their internship by the time of application can still apply. They must:

Submit a certificate from the concerned University/Institution stating that the candidate has passed the required medical exams.

Produce the original degree or certificate confirming internship completion during the interview.
