Rain Intensity Likely to Reduce by Afternoon, Normal Conditions Expected Tomorrow: Sonam Lotus
Srinagar: The Meteorological Centre, Srinagar, has predicted that the ongoing spell of heavy rain will gradually weaken by this afternoon. According to Director Sonam Lotus, weather conditions are expected to return to normal from tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the department has also issued an advisory, urging the public to remain cautious. It has warned of possible flash floods, landslides, mudslides, and shooting stones in vulnerable and hilly areas due to the recent rainfall.
Residents have been advised to avoid risky travel routes and stay updated with official weather alerts until the situation improves.
