JKPSC Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2025 Notification Out – Apply Online
The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has officially released the notification for the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2025. Candidates who are domiciled in the Union Territory of J&K are eligible to apply online for this golden opportunity. The examination will be conducted as per rules laid down under SRO-103 of 2018 and JKPSC Conduct of Examination Rules, 2022.
Important Dates:
• Start of Online Application: 25th August 2025
• Last Date to Apply Online: 24th September 2025
• Correction Window: 25th September to 27th September 2025
• Tentative Preliminary Exam Date: 30th November 2025
Eligibility Criteria:
Domicile: Candidate must be a domicile of the Union Territory of J&K.
Educational Qualification: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India or abroad (declared equivalent by the Government).
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):
OM (Open Merit): 21 to 32 years (born between 01.01.1993 and 01.01.2004)
Reserved Category & In-Service Candidates: 21 to 34 years (born between 01.01.1991 and 01.01.2004)
Physically Challenged Candidates: 21 to 35 years (born between 01.01.1990 and 01.01.2004)
Application Fee:
General Category: Rs. 1200/-
Reserved Categories: Rs. 700/-
PHC Candidates: Nil
Payment must be made online only.

Admit cards will be available about two weeks before the exam at jkpsc.nic.in.

o Admit Card/Roll Number Slip
o Two recent passport-size photographs (not earlier than 01.01.2025)

Important Notes:
• Application form without fee payment will be rejected.
• Candidates must upload valid category certificate (if applicable) while applying online.
• Applications should be submitted well before the closing date to avoid server issues.
