Central University of Jammu Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026: Walk-in Interview
Central University of Jammu (CU Jammu) has invited applications from eligible and suitable candidates for Empanelment of Guest Faculty for the Academic Session 2026-27 (Odd Semester).
The selection will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview. Interested candidates can appear for the interview along with the required original documents and application form.

The Guest Faculty empanelment is being conducted for the following areas:
- Community College (B.Voc) – Banking and Financial Services
- English
Eligibility for Community College (B.Voc): MBA & Allied Subjects.
Guest Faculty Honorarium
Selected/empanelled Guest Faculty will be paid ₹1,500 per lecture, including academic activities as per departmental requirements.
The honorarium will be subject to a maximum ceiling of ₹50,000 per calendar month.

Documents Required
Candidates appearing for the walk-in interview should bring the following:
- Original educational qualification documents
- Experience certificates, wherever applicable
- One photocopy of self-attested documents
- Updated CV/Bio-data
- Two self-attested passport-size photographs
- Duly filled application form available on the University website
Application Processing Fee
Eligible candidates are required to deposit an application processing fee of ₹500/- in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of:
Registrar, Central University of Jammu
The DD is to be submitted on the day of the Walk-in Interview.
SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of the application processing fee.
Important Instructions
- Eligibility and other conditions will be governed by applicable UGC guidelines/regulations and the Central University Act, 2009, as amended from time to time.
- Candidates must report on the notified date and time with their original documents.
- The empanelment does not confer any claim for extension or permanent appointment.
- The Guest Faculty engagement will be purely on a lecture basis and as and when required by the concerned department.
- The validity of the panel will remain for the Academic Session 2026-27 (Odd Semester).
