Allotment of Colleges for Academic Arrangement 2025-26
The Office of the Nodal Principal, Jammu Division Colleges has issued a notification regarding college allotments for Academic Arrangement 2025-26. Candidates whose applications were accepted and preferences submitted will be allotted colleges as per schedule.
Important Dates
- 08 September 2025 (10:00 AM): Allotments will be available online.
- 11 September 2025 (4:00 PM): Last date to Accept Allotment or choose Hold & Upgrade.
Options for Candidates
1. Accept Offer
- Locks the allotted college for the candidate.
- Candidate must report to the college by 11-09-2025 with original documents.
- Non-joining will cancel the candidature.
2. Hold & Upgrade
- Available if first preference is not allotted.
- If a higher-preference seat becomes free in the next round, candidate will be upgraded automatically.
- Once upgraded, reverting to previous college is not allowed.
Other Guidelines
- Next rounds will be held after first round, dates notified later.
- Withdraw option available at Candidate Login (fee non-refundable).
- No excuses will be accepted for missing the joining deadline.
Note: Candidates must join within the stipulated time, failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
